Terms and Conditions for the Amazon Echo Dot Quarterly Giveaway

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in the Amazon Echo Dot Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms.

1. Promoter
The giveaway is conducted by Allied Technical Services.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Allied Technical Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon providing a valid email address to Allied Technical Services
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. Giveaway Period

This giveaway will be conducted quarterly, with draws held every three months. The first draw period will start on 06/01/25, and subsequent draws will occur on the same calendar dates each quarter or the next business day

5. Prize Details

One Amazon Echo Dot (model and colour may vary) will be awarded each quarter to a randomly selected winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize alternatives are available.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries.
The draw will be conducted within one week of each quarter’s end, and winners will be notified via email within five business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner.

7. Notification and Prize Fulfilment

Winners will be contacted at the email address provided during entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address, free of charge, within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery details.

8. Data Protection

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal data (email address) for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
